Inbox
The Inbox is the bell-shaped icon beside your profile menu. It is a compact update feed, not a second Discover page.
Inbox items are private to each Aurral user. The source library is shared, but read and dismissed state is not.
What appears

- Optional recommended-artist news from RSS feeds
- Personalized artist discoveries from Discover
The green Inbox icon shows that unread items exist. Select an item to mark it as read; it stays in the Inbox with reduced emphasis. Select the checkmark to remove it. Artist and release items open their full pages, where you can decide whether to add them to Lidarr. Use the filter button to show all notifications or one category. The dropdown scrolls when there are more updates than fit on screen.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”Admins can enable or disable each Inbox category in the Inbox section below Notification Events under Settings > Connect. Only library-artist news and recommended-artist news are available as news Inbox categories. Configure RSS feeds and feed groups under Settings > RSS News. Ticketmaster is configured under Settings > Connect > Ticketmaster.
News is optional. Enable it under Settings > RSS News. This page lists Aurral’s built-in RSS feeds, lets you enable or disable feed groups, and lets you add or remove custom feeds. Aurral combines enabled feeds locally, matches stories to library and recommended artist names, and applies publisher blocks before creating Inbox items.
Inbox data refreshes in the background once a day and also refreshes when opened. Artist news advances in the background every six hours and checks due artists when the news page opens.
